The OpenID Foundation is a non-profit international standardization
organization of individuals and companies committed to enabling, promoting and
protecting OpenID technologies. Formed in June 2007, the foundation serves as a
public trust organization representing the open community of developers,
vendors, and users. Coherent Cloud is a
of the OpenID Foundation.
Coherent Cloud has deployed Studentnet technology to independent schools
throughout Australia for a number of years, receiving a High Commendation from
the the Australian Privacy Commissioner at the inaugural 2008 Australian
Privacy Awards, and becoming a finalist in the Privacy and Security category at
the 2011 ANZIA Awards.
IPv6 Now Pty Ltd, founded in July 2007, is the only Australian company solely
dedicated to providing services, training and consulting in IPv6, the new
Internet Protocol. IPv6 Now's underlying network technology is provided by Coherent
Coherent Cloud has been a long-term member of the Internet Society. The
Internet Society's foundation of outreach, technology and policy have
helped connect the world, supported development of fundamental Internet
technology, and promoted a multistakeholder approach to global Internet
Access 4 Learning
Coherent Cloud is a member of the Access 4 Learning (A4L) Community, previously
the SIF Association, a non-profit collaboration composed of schools, districts,
states, US and international ministries of education, vendors and consultants,
who collectively address all aspects of learning information management and
access to support learning.
The Ed-Fi Alliance
Coherent Cloud is a member of the Ed-Fi Alliance, which is dedicated to
boosting student achievement and teacher satisfaction by providing free and
open tools that integrate and streamline academic data systems.
